What to Bring?

  • Government-approved ID proof
  • Doctor's prescription or referral note
  • Previous medical records, test reports, and prescriptions

Discharge Process

Preparing You for a Safe Transition Home

  • Doctor Clearance: Your treating doctor will approve discharge.
  • Discharge Summary: Includes diagnosis, treatment, medicines, and follow-up advice.
  • Billing: Settle the final bill at the Discharge Counter. Refunds above ₹10,000 via net banking.
  • Medicines: Collect prescribed medicines from the in-house pharmacy.
  • Assistance: Staff will help with formalities and transport if needed.

Advance & Interim Billing:

Advance deposits are adjusted against the final bill. Interim bill inquiries can be made at the Discharge Billing Counter between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Surgery Estimates & Payment:

Surgery cost estimates can be obtained from the Financial Counsellor before the procedure.

Final Billing & Refunds:

  • Multiple payment modes are accepted (cash, card, UPI, net banking).
  • At the time of discharge, the final bill must be settled. Refunds up to ₹10,000 are processed at the billing counter. Refunds above ₹10,000 are made via net banking.
  • Fully computerised
  • Itemised day-wise bills are provided to ensure transparency.
