Health Checkup Packages

Regular health exams and tests can help find problems before they start. They also can help find problems early, when your chances for treatment and cure are better. By getting the right health services, screenings, and treatments, you are taking steps that help your chances for living a longer, healthier life. Your age, health and family history, lifestyle choices (i.e. what you eat, how active you are, whether you smoke), and other important factors impact what and how often you need healthcare.

These Health Checkup packages constitute of a range of checkups to determine and prevent illness and facilitate you with early and best medical treatments.

Keeping this requirement in mind, Peerless Hospital has blended investigative procedures and consultations in the form of various health check-up packages to meet different healthcare requirements in different age groups.

What Health Services are Recommended for You?

You can avail any of our existing health checkup packages. However, if you are not sure which package will be best suited for you; then you may speak to our Health care coordinator/our doctor, who can help you in doing so. We also offer tailor made Health check-up packages when done in groups of more than 20 people.

Appointments for packages that require you to be on empty stomach on the day of getting the health check-up done are given only up to 10.30am, as fasting blood investigations done later in the day do not give an accurate result.

If you are diabetic, you have high blood pressure, you are pregnant, or you have any other clinical condition, please inform at the time of taking an appointment. Ladies are advised NOT to undergo their health check up during their menstrual cycle and X-rays during their pregnancy.

How can you prepare for the Health check-up?

• Approximate time for completion of the entire check-up process is around 5 hrs.
• Wear loose clothing and easily removable footwear
• Minimum of 12 hrs fasting is essential prior to the check-up. You may drink water.
• You will be provided breakfast after the tests that require fasting are done.
• Kindly bring your morning samples of urine and stool, if part of your package, in clean dry containers. Sterilized container may be collected from Health Check Clinic from 8.30am to 4.00pm on the previous day.
• In case you are on any medication, please bring them with you and take them after your breakfast as you go through your health check. If you experience any discomfort, we shall have you meet our physician immediately.
• If you are diabetic, do not take insulin in the morning; the same can be taken along with breakfast, after fasting blood sample and ultrasound have been done.
• If you are a smoker, please do not smoke on the day of your health check.
• Completely abstain from alcohol at least 24 hrs prior to the Check-up.
• Please bring your earlier Medical records (1-3 Years) and medical accessories like glasses, hearing aid if you have any when you come for Health Check Up.
• Inform health check-ups department in advance if you want any additional check-ups or consultation to be done so that we can schedule your other appointments.

Process Flow :

• Health check-up begins at 8. 30 AM, Monday to Saturday. You are requested to reach by 08:30 am to facilitate smooth process of your check up and get your registration done at the Central Billing Counter in the first floor.
• Our Health Check-up Coordinator will guide you to the test areas for different tests as per the package.
• After the tests breakfast will be provided
• You will then be given an appointment for the next day for a follow-up consultation and collection of your report. During this, the consultant physician will provide you with feedback, important advice and medications as required.
• You will be provided with a folder containing the summary of the health check-up including all the reports. Please note: We can provide additional test/investigations/procedures/consultations on request or if required. However these will be billed separately in addition to the package payment. If you are diabetic and have monthly/forthnightly requirement to get Blood Sugar or any other tests done, we can arrange for our phlebotomist to visit your home and collect blood samples.
