Filled in application forms along with prescribed fees are to be submitted to the study centre within the last date of announced. Application may be received beyond stipulated last date on payment of the late fee of Rs.100/- and that too within stipulated period. The fees are to be submitted by demand draft payable to B.K.Roy Foundation, payable at Kolkata. Applicant should write his / her full name, application serial number on the reverse of the draft. Examination All university examinations will be conducted by NSOU and shall be assisted at the B.K.Rot Foundation , Peerless Hospital,Kolkata. Duration of the Course One Year full time course - Monday to Saturday ( 10a.m. to 5p.m. ) Eligibility : (1) One year P.G.Diploma in Hospital Front Office Management : Graduation ( 3-year degree course )in any subject of any recognised University in India. (2) One year P.G.Diploma in Hospital Support Services Management : Graduation ( 3-year degree course ) in science of any recognised University in India. Course Fee Structure I. Rs. 30,000/- Course fee ( Admission Fee Rs.15000/- and Tution fee Rs.15000/-) II. Rs. 300/- Registration fee ( Rs.100/- for registration, Rs.100/- for Identity card, Rs.100/- for Annual Development fee ) to be payable at the time of Admission.
