Applications are invited for two posts of ‘Registrar in Haemato-Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplantation’ at the Peerless Hospital, Kolkata. A new and state-of-the art Haemato-Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit is being set up at the Peerless Hospital. The department shall consist of a dedicated ward with trained nursing and para-medical staff, a Day-care facility, a dedicated outpatient facility, a molecular diagnostic lab and a Transfusion Medicine service with 100% component production, aphaeresis, leucodepletion and blood product irradiation facility.

The eligible candidate must possess a MD in Medicine or Radiotherapy or Paediatrics. Candidates with DM in Haematology or oncology, who wish to gain further experience in the field of BMT, are also encouraged to apply. Candidates with specific training and/or expertise in Tropical Infectious Diseases would be given preference.
