Cashless
treatment facility through Third Party Administrator (TPA)
Insurance service is one of the facilities offered by the
Hospital. The TPA acts as a coordinator between the hospital
and the concerned insurance company (both public and
private).
The TPA issues identity cards to policy holders with unique
identification numbers and handles all post - policy issues,
including claim settlements, directly with the hospital and
the insurance company.
Credit facility
• Patients are requested to submit a letter of Authorization
from the
concerned employer at the time of admission.
• If patients have a Health Insurance card, a photocopy of
it is to
be submitted at the time of admission.
• Cashless treatment facility is available subject to the
approval of the
respective TPAs. In case of Denial of cashless treatment facility
from the
TPA, payment has to be made by patients in Cash/ Credit Card /
Debit
Card / Demand Draft at the time of final settlement of bills before
discharge.

Patients can
avail cashless facilities through these TPAs; however a
few organizations reimburse the patients only after
settlement of bills at the time of discharge from hospital.
